Who owns and operates malemuscle?
-Lori Braun is the owner of malemuscle and operates it through her company New York Consulting Group, LLC. Lori has owned and operated femalemuscle.com since December 1995.

What is the legal relationship between malemuscle and male bodybuilding performers?
-Malemuscle is a service bureau for each of the bodybuilding performers. Malemuscle provides a website and technical infrastructure so that the performers can broadcast live and recorded over the Internet. Malemuscle collects the revenue generated by performers by engaging CCBill and other credit card clearing facilities.

How are revenues distributed?
-Performer revenues are paid weekly via ACH/Direct deposit, Xoom, Paypal, or check. In the case of foreign performers who do not have any of these facilities, monies are transferred by international wire on a monthly basis.

What performance and revenue statistics are available to a performer?
-Each performer has access to a real time control panel that reports are vital performance and revenue statistics. This same system generates a weekly payment statement that is sent 2 to 3 days prior to weekly payment?

What is the tax treatment of performer revenues?
-Performers are issued Form 1099 statements yearly which are filed with the Internal Revenue Service. Quarterly statements to performers are provided upon request.

What are the permissible charges for performances?
-When you register with malemuscle, you are provided the opportunity to set the per minute rate for your performances. You also have the ability to perform, without charge, in our free access areas.
